The Rigan Machado Club (RMC) is the first fight club 100% governed by its members. Currently, all other organizations are controlled by a single governing body or CEO. Fighters pay, matchups, who gets to fight in the organization and how frequently etc. are all decided by a few people while taking the lion’s share of the profits from fights and events. RMC is the first organization to give 100% governance and 100% of the ticket sale profits to the fighters. The fighters in the RMC organization get to decide the match ups, the purse amounts, who fights who and for how much they can win!

RMC Memberships supports fighters, schools leagues, tournaments and super fights brought on by the members. By providing and supporting fighters, RMC helps it’s members the ability to achieve a viable career from beginners to top level competitors, jiu jitsu schools, instructors with management support, access to health care, insurance, financial support and retirement plans!
Currently even if a fighter makes it to the upper echelon of fight organizations, they are only able to earn a living during their fight careers and must find other ways to retire. There is no retirement plans or insurance currently available to them. It’s hard for them to get credit or loans because they fight so infrequently. They are not able to monetize their careers by selling their brand or possibly get a loan based on what they’ve accomplish in their careers.
And those are still coming up or new to the fight career have little or no support and must live like paupers. Living off generosity of friends and loved ones to pursue their love of fighting and make a career of it.
Basically, the system is unfair to those who create the wealth of the organizations they fight for.
RMC seeks to change the fighting world!
First is Machado Jiu Sports league, which helps produce events with for the fighters, promoters and individual investors and governs and sets the policies for all aspects of the league through a Discord Channel. This messaging board is held on the block chain and allows full transparency to its members on all decision making for the organization. RMC members decides all aspects of the league other than the production of the events, fighters’ membership, and health benefits. 100% of all event ticket sales, fighters’ purses, subscription, sponsorship money and AD revenue go directly to the fighters. There will be an 50/50 split of the revenue. 50% to fighters and 50% to the RMC slush fund to pay for event production costs, fighters health expenses, insurance, cash loans to fighters etc.
Second – RMC is the management arm of the organization. RMC manages the platform, provide HR and other administration for the fighters and the day-to-day operations of RMC. RMC executes the directives of the RMC members and runs independent from the Machado Jiu Sports league. RMC is paid by individual fighters’ membership dues. Membership dues start at $100 – $5000 a month, depending on if it’s a single fighter, a team or organization. To start we offer a limited drop of available membership “RMC Clubs”. The potential is $1 million to $5 million a month in membership dues paid to RMC regardless of what RMC produces in revenue. RMC can offer services back to the members for additional revenue. Additional income is also achieved by loaning money to members which can be collateralized by the value of the membership value similar to the record industry. RMC will also make money off CC transaction fees, event ticket sales (Similar to Ticketmaster)
TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS
- The Founding Fathers. Hand-picked “Board Members” consisting of the top 100 of the most respected fighters that are retired (Whose attached like movie industry). These guys are the ones that help write the rules of the organization. They will add instant credibility to the organization.
- The OG’s The first 1,000 members signed on. The early adaptors will get more powerful governance tokens, special amenities / access to events, vip status etc.
- The RMC Club is limited to first 10,000 fighters/members. All events or fighters must be sponsored by a RMC Club membership holder. RMC Club holders start with limited governance token “Voting” power. That power may increase the more revenue they bring to the organization or their fighting success. RMC Clubs membership can be sold, or even used to collateralized loans against it. RMC will act as a private bank issuing loans to its RMC Club members of RMC organization. This increased value of RMC Clubs helps the fighter earn a living and a retirement by selling their RMC Club memberships. There will be safeguards to ensure that one RMC Club holder never more powerful than the group.
